Welcome to MEFI Flash with Mediatrade: Blending Physical Foreground into Virtual Environment — Colors, Light and Digital Twins in Immersive Productions In virtual production, an immersive viewer experience is enabled by a convincing illusion. That illusion emerges when the physical foreground and the virtual world share the same conditions. This Flash shares observations learned on a VP stage about blending physical foreground with virtual environments, with a particular focus on color consistency. While the examples come from virtual production, some underlying principles may carry over to other immersive and real-time contexts beyond VP.
